Guillem Lleal

Physical Rehabilitation and Personal Training
Graduated in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences from INEFC Barcelona (1997), Guillem Lleal has built his professional career in personal training since 2000, with a focus on improving physical condition and promoting health through controlled movement and individualized exercise planning.
His training in osteopathy at the Barcelona School of Osteopathy (2011), along with a postgraduate degree in classical osteopathy from the John Wernham College of Classical Osteopathy of Maidstone (2013), has enabled him to integrate a more comprehensive therapeutic perspective oriented toward the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of somatic dysfunctions.
He combines therapeutic exercise with osteopathy to provide personalized and effective solutions in physical rehabilitation, functional recovery, and pain management, optimizing the body’s adaptive response. His approach is based on restoring movement, addressing functional restrictions and enhancing interaction among the neuromuscular, myofascial, and tissue mobility systems, thus promoting the body’s natural self-regulation processes.
Since 2019, he has been part of the Spineli team, working as an osteopath and rehabilitation specialist, developing individualized protocols from a global and functional perspective.
