Spine Surgery, Traumatology, and Orthopedics

Orthopedic surgeon specialized in spinal disorders, with over ten years of experience in the field. Her goal is to provide high-quality care based on scientific evidence, with a personalized approach that helps each patient regain their quality of life through effective solutions for their condition.

She holds a Medical Degree from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (1998–2004) and specialized in Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology at the Vall d’Hebron University Hospital (2005–2010). She completed further training with a Master’s Degree in Sports Traumatology at the University of Barcelona and the Autonomous University of Barcelona (2007), and a Postgraduate Degree in Surgical Anatomy from the University of Barcelona (2007).

Professionally, she has worked as an attending orthopedic surgeon at the Consorci Sanitari Integral since 2010. In 2011, she contributed to the creation of the Spine Unit within the same consortium, and in 2024, she assumed coordination of the Spine Surgery Unit at Hospital Sant Joan Despí Moisès Broggi. She currently serves as Head of the Spine Unit at the Consorci Sanitari Integral. Since 2007, she has also worked as an external consultant for the Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology team at Hospital de Barcelona, where she is part of the on-call trauma team and acts as a spinal pathology consultant.

She has been part of the Spinel•li surgical team since 2010, collaborating on the comprehensive management of pain and patient rehabilitation within a multidisciplinary team.

Plays an active role in medical education, mentoring residents and medical students in orthopedic surgery and traumatology at the Consorci Sanitari Integral.
